Who can send

EuroMail currently serves applications in the Arcaniz software ecosystem. Access is private. Authorized operators manage project-scoped API keys, verified sender domains and project quotas. There is no public registration or self-service sending access.

Permitted messages and recipients

Messages must relate to an application user’s account or expected use of a service: email verification, password resets, security alerts and application notifications, or direct replies to incoming service inquiries. Applications are responsible for using addresses supplied through their user relationships and for respecting service preferences where applicable.

Purchased, rented or scraped contact lists, unsolicited bulk email, cold outreach, deceptive sender identities and abusive content are prohibited. EuroMail is not a marketing automation or campaign platform.

Sender identity and controls

Sending domains must belong to the relevant project and pass SES identity and DKIM verification. The worker rechecks identity status before sending. API requests require a valid project key and are subject to recipient suppression and configured quotas. Credentials must remain in server-side application environments.

Bounces, complaints and suppression

The implementation authenticates Amazon SNS notifications for the configured topic and records SES delivery events against message timelines. Permanent bounces and complaints add the affected recipient to an account-wide suppression list. Future requests targeting suppressed recipients are blocked. Operators should investigate feedback and address the source application before considering any suppression removal.

These controls depend on correctly configured AWS permissions, an SES configuration set, an event destination and a confirmed SNS subscription. Queue acceptance alone does not establish delivery. SES acceptance indicates handoff to the provider; a separate Delivery event is needed to record delivery.

Current sending readiness

The operator reports that the euromail.net SES identity and DKIM are verified. SES production access is not yet approved. Sending remains subject to the AWS sandbox and regional limits until approval. This website does not imply AWS endorsement, guaranteed inbox placement or a completed live delivery test.

Report a message or contact the operator

For an unexpected message, abuse report or operational question, contact info@euromail.net. Include the sending application, approximate time and message headers or message ID where available. Never include passwords or API keys. Arcaniz LLC will use the supplied context to investigate the message and the associated application.
